Maurice Pez, Senior Vice President, Development & Construction

Maurice is responsible for the development management process including acquisition assessment, product development and approvals, as well as managing relationships with stakeholders such as community groups, local area businesses, and municipal decision makers. Since January 2011, Maurice has also provided overall direction and leadership to Intracorp’s construction  group. A registered architect, he has directed and managed a wide array of projects throughout his career, and provided leadership to large multidisciplinary management and consulting groups. Maurice brings with him a depth of experience in pre-construction services and a proven record of success in real estate development.
