With more than 30 years experience with Intrawest/Intracorp, Susan provides the team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of Real Estate and Customer Service. She remains committed to company standards while attempting to ensure homeowner satisfaction.
Kimberly’s primary responsibility is to assure customers concerns are addressed as efficiently as possible. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Kimberly has been with Intracorp since 2006. If a customer has a concern with their new home, Kimberly is one of the main sources of contact at Intracorp.
A graduate of LaSalle College in Montreal, Karen joined the Intracorp Customer Care team in February, 2009. She brings with her a background in interior design and the hospitality industry. Karen is the first person you’ll connect with in the Customer Care department. She’ll help you with your concerns and schedule a service appointment for you, should you need one.
Nick has been with Intracorp since 1982 and has a depth of experience any company can only envy. Nick is known for his willingness to find a solution to even the most obscure and challenging problem while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Bill Atherley joined Intracorp in 1999, after living in Alberta for a number of years. Bill takes great pride in his work, making every effort to ensure our customers can fully enjoy their new homes. Bill is very hands-on and you will often see him on site ensuring that work is done to a homeowner’s complete satisfaction.
Heather Pinsent leads the Customer Care team in Ontario. She joined Intracorp in 2009 and has been in the home building industry for over 15 years gaining extensive knowledge in both the Tarion Guidelines, including Construction Performance Guidelines, and the Ontario Building Code during that time.
