It’s pretty amazing. From your Smartphone or tablet device, you will have the ability to control many of the functions within your home. The system will allow you to control the lighting, your music and your TV. But, it has the ability to do even more. Once you have the system in place, you can add on additional lighting, climate control, security and more.

Think of the convenience. Say you forgot to arm your alarm system when you went out. You could do that remotely from your Smartphone.

Or say that you want to go away for the weekend and being the energy conscious person that you are, you want to turn down your thermostat, but don’t want to come home to a freezing apartment. You can turn up the heat a couple of hours before you get home, so that’s your home is comfortably warm – without having wasted a lot of energy over the weekend.

These are just some of the additional features that will be available to you when you take possession of your new home.

But, from the day you move in, you’ll be able to control some of your lighting, your music and TV. And, we’re providing a Control4 expert to help you get your stuff set up.

There’s also the added brilliance of needing only your Smartphone. You can put all of your other remotes for your TV, stereo, disc player or whatever in a drawer and forget about them. You won’t need them ever again.
