Our efficient in-house construction team is hard at work, wasting no time.  We even uploaded all of The Versatile Building’s construction photos to our Flickr page to give you a sneak peak, which you can find here. Photos will be taken weekly for your convenience and enjoyment, so feel free to come back.

To celebrate the start of construction, our pre-construction pricing has been extended until February 18th, 2012 on select homes. What does this mean? You can save up to $36,000 on select homes offered at The Versatile Building. We asked Sharon what some of her favourite interior features are at Silver including some of her (personal) favourite shops and restaurants are in Silver’s Metrotown neighbourhood.

 

What will owners find most intriguing at Silver?

The clean, minimal lines of the European cabinetry and the sleek laminate flooring.

Which is your favourite interior feature at Silver?

There are many, but the engineered stone countertop and matching backsplash is one of our favorites along with the marble-inspired porcelain wall tile in the shower & tub surrounds.

What is your favourite store to shop at in Metrotown?

Nood for its’ affordable, contemporary furnishings and accessories and The Bay for it’s great linens and bedding.

What is your favourite restaurant in Burnaby?

Earl’s and Horizon’s.

Which is your favourite exterior feature at Silver?

The main entry with glass canopy and reflecting pool.

What is the latest techy gadget you have purchased?

The new iPhone 4S and Apple TV

Where did you travel to on your last vacation?

Croatia, Greece and Turkey & Maui

What is your favourite flavor of ice cream?

Pistachio…but it must be gelato or tiger (Licorice & Orange)

What is your motto – how do you live your life?

Keep it simple, uncomplicated and uncluttered, both in life and home.
