Don Forsgren, President

Don Forsgren has been leading Intracorp since 2000, and has been with the company since 1994. With a Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia specializing in Urban Land Economics and Finance, Don has been involved in land transactions for most of his career. From his early days as a research analyst to his time as a development manager to now, he has focused on finding, acquiring and developing real estate projects that are profitable for the company, and highly desirable for Intracorp’s homeowners.

Steve Sammut, Chief Financial Officer

Steve Sammut provides strategic and operational leadership in all areas of finance, accounting, treasury and information technology, acting as a strategic partner to the President and other functional leaders of the company. Prior to joining Intracorp he spent 10 years at Intrawest ULC in various positions including Corporate Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for the Real Estate Division, and 5 years with CIBC World Markets’ Corporate Banking group in Toronto. A Chartered Financial Analyst and MBA, Steve brings extensive capital markets experience and business acumen to the Intracorp team.

Bill Mahood, Vice President Construction - Special Projects

Bill Mahood has filled a range of roles extending across acquisition, finance, development, and construction boundaries. Bill has been with Intracorp in Toronto since 1995 and is a 20-year industry veteran with broad experience in residential and mixed use projects.

Frank Filippo, Vice President, Development & Planning

Frank Filippo, Vice President Development & Planning, oversees land servicing, development and planning matters for all low rise residential projects in Ontario and has been with Intracorp since 1998. Frank holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Ryerson Polytechnic University, is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario and the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.

Peter Sherrard, Vice President, Construction

With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, including 13 years with Intracorp, Peter Sherrard manages all aspects of construction, site operations, customer care and contracts in Ontario. His core responsibilities include site staffing and staff development, subcontractor relationship management, contract negotiation, health and safety oversight and construction scheduling. Peter brings a deep knowledge, passion and sense of pride to the homes and communities that he and his staff have built over the years.

Stefan Rusu, Controller and Manager of Finance

Since joining the company in 2000, Stefan Rusu has assumed increasing roles and is currently responsible for leading all accounting and finance operations in Toronto. Specifically, Stefan is responsible for project financial planning, managing ongoing relationships with project lenders and cost consultants, as well as overseeing day-to-day accounting operations. Stefan holds a BA in Economics.

Mary Slifkas, Director of Operations

Mary Slifkas currently oversees all office administration, upgrades and marketing programs for operations in Toronto. She has been with Intracorp since 2002 and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Intracorp Mary was Administrative Manager at the Toronto downtown and west location of CB Richard Ellis.

Heather Pinsent, Customer Care Manager

Heather Pinsent leads the Customer Care team in Ontario. She joined Intracorp in 2009 and has been in the home building industry for over 15 years gaining extensive knowledge in both the Tarion Guidelines, including Construction Performance Guidelines, and the Ontario Building Code during that time.
